PTE was appointed to produce the Development Guide by Ealing Council. The foreward was authored by Councillor Mik Sabiers, Lead member for housing, planning and transformation.
This guide is to help Broadway Living’s development teams design, build and integrate new homes and neighbourhoods in Ealing that are: sustainable; healthy and affordable. These attributes are explored in their own chapters which contain detailed objectives and the development response that we expect of our partners. A fourth chapter sets out guidance on how to deliver housing designed and constructed to the highest quality.
