PTE’s scheme for 25 new mixed-tenure homes near Ravenscourt Park in West London has been granted planning permission in a unanimous decision by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham planning committee. The development will provide high quality family homes and aims to maintain and enhance the quality of the surrounding neighbourhood. A series of four-storey paired villa houses will be built along Goldhawk Road, with mews houses and garages to the rear and a small block of three one-bedroom flats. The design approach is a modern take on the traditional villa architecture of the area and features modernist proportions and generous sized windows.
