We are looking for a BIM/CAD coordinator to join our growing practice of 120 staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a project coordinator with a track record of working on BIM projects looking to develop their career. Joining a creative environment, the successful candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of a wide range of challenging and exciting projects. As a BIM/CAD coordinator, you will be responsible for managing building information modelling (BIM) project data sets and workflows across the design groups to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of projects. Assisting with the technical delivery of BIM projects, you’ll provide guidance on best practice and develop in-house protocols. You will also advise on the contractual requirements and process delivery of BIM projects, workflows and programmes. Additionally, you will prepare training documentation and help train the growing Revit team. Thereafter you will help to mentor new users ensuring projects are resourced with the appropriate skills and delivered in a timely manner. To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working in a project co-ordination role using BIM/CAD applications and an in-depth working knowledge of Autocad and Revit. As a BIM/CAD coordinator, you must possess excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands and work effectively to deadlines. Self-motivated and adaptable, you must also have the ability to work on your own initiative. Experience gained within an architectural or engineering production environment would be beneficial to your application.
