Packington Estate has won both categories; Best Large Development and Best Regeneration Project. Winners were announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 12 September hosted by Jack Dee. The judges said “Very well conceived design, varying from modern new build to restoration of a Georgian square with strong partnership working” and “well thought out masterplan delivering high quality homes and comprehensive community outcomes.” Tune in to Radio 4, 12.00 to 13.00 on Monday 16 September for ‘You & Yours’.
