Clusters of new homes on the edge of picturesque market town Saffron Walden reflect local traditions, settling into the mature landscape and surrounding conservation area. The Avenue creates 76 new homes including 25% affordable housing, set around an avenue of mature lime trees and a Victorian school campus. The residential development has helped fund a new junior school and improvements to the school buildings.
