Occupying a prominent corner site opposite the station, the development is a key component in the transformational masterplan for Tottenham Hale. It provides 98 mixed tenure apartments plus shops and a café restaurant.

PTE provided a full service from concept to delivery and acted as QM for the delivery stages.
