Overlooking City Road Basin, this development provides 85 homes, commercial studios and a new park. It was cited as an exemplar scheme in the Mayor’s London Housing Strategy – not least for the seamless integration of luxury apartments alongside affordable homes.
With its partner Groveworld, PTE acted as developer and contractor, as well as providing a complete architectural service.
