New studios for the creative industries are integrated with 120 loft apartments in a set of five adjoining buildings within a network of yards and lanes. The development delivers a new public route connecting Hackney Wick station with the Queen Elizabeth Park.

PTE was co-developer for the site acquisition and detailed planning process. The site was sold in 2017 with permissions in place to Telford Homes, and PTE acted as quality monitor for the delivery of the project.

Stone Studios will deliver an important new public route connecting Hackney Wick Station, Wallis Road and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and will be the first step in the creation of the LLDC’s exciting plans for a new neighbourhood around Hackney Wick station.
