A new flagship Build to Rent development providing 450 homes alongside commercial and community facilities. PTE has developed a simple and deliverable design for this complex urban site, creating a sense of place by mending connections with the adjoining river and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The proposal reinvigorates this part of Stratford High Street with new commercial uses at ground floor and a double height reception leading to a residents club house at first floor level. The club house will provide a range of residential amenities including co-work lounges, a gym, children’s facilities and hospitality suites. All residential amenity spaces will overlook terraced outdoor spaces available for relaxation, home working or organised events.
