Byron Peard is an architect working most recently on large residential and mixed-use developments at the concept to planning stages.

With his expertise in BIM, Byron is heavily involved in project modelling and documentation, and enjoys the problem-solving often required during the pre-planning stages of projects. An excellent team-worker, he was a key team member on the recent Silvertown Quays project in the Royal Docklands, working to an extremely tight deadline, producing solutions and large outputs of scheduling and design data to meet client requirements. Responding quickly and fluidly the team bought the project through to a successful planning submission comprising 332 homes in only 31 weeks.

He has an interest in furthering the progress of sustainable practices in architecture. Rigorous and creative, Byron will bring his responsive approach and attention to detail to the scheme.
