Joseph has experience working on large residential and mixed-use regeneration schemes across London and the South East.

Experienced in developing the narrative and overall aesthetic feel of projects within the early design stages, Joseph enjoys conveying these conceptual ideas in engaging imagery. He is passionate about effectively communicating concepts to both wider design teams and the community through workshops and engagement events.

These skills were put to use on the recent Meadows Community Centre project, where Joseph developed a layout which satisfied both the efficiency requirements of the developer client, whilst creating a visually satisfying response to the project’s core narrative.

As well as being a confident communicator Joseph has advanced knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM), and often assumes a model manager role.
