Kaye Stout, who joined PTE in 2003, is an equity partner and leads one of PTE’s design workshops. She is responsible for the strategic direction of new opportunities, fee applications and legal obligations.
Kaye has delivered a series of successful and award-winning projects from concept to completion. She specialises in large scale regeneration and masterplanning projects, as well urban and village extensions and new settlements throughout the south of England.
Kaye excels at building good working relationships with clients and the wider design and construction teams, blending architectural vision with project realism in a compelling, accessible way.
Kaye was a member of the RIBA Advisory Group and sat on the RIBA Housing Panel. She also contributed to the RIBA ethics and standards report and the Building Safety Bill. She represents the RIBA on the NHBC council and is part of the NHBC appointments committee and the Construction Leadership Council.
From 2019 to 2024 Kaye sat on the board of the Housing Forum.
Kaye is the co-chair of the Design Review Panel for the London Borough of Brent and sits on the Design review panel for the London Borough of Camden.
