Kotey has extensive experience in all project stages, including planning, tendering, and construction. As an Associate, he specializes in detailed design and BIM processes.

His responsibilities involve project management, technical design development, and creating BIM models for various small and largescale developments.

Kotey has been a key member of the award-winning team behind Beechwood Village. He developed an efficient management system that facilitated the realisation of numerous custom build design options for this project.

Kotey is a member of the BIM committee for PTE, contributing to office wide BIM standards, development, and implementation. With experience in leisure, healthcare, education and housing sectors, Kotey focuses on the use of software technologies to help develop and aid the design process, with particular emphasis on working smartly.
