Leigh is a PTE partner in charge of projects with a focus on the planning and concept stages of large-scale redevelopments and masterplans.

He has two decades of post-qualification experience working on residential and mixed-use projects, and has been instrumental in delivering a series of major estate regeneration projects and urban regeneration schemes for PTE.

Leigh’s analytical and strategic approach, combined with strong graphic and verbal presentation skills, helping clients – to win design competition and planning permissions - and communities - to shape the future of their homes and neighbourhoods.

Leigh is a member of the Waltham Forest Design Review Panel, Enfield Design Review Panel and an alumnus of the Future London Leaders Plus programme.
