Owen Aishford is a senior designer with a wealth of experience in delivering the early stages of large mixed-used schemes and masterplans.

Owen’s passion for collaboration and experience of complex mixeduse schemes has driven numerous planning successes, such as Coronation Square in Waltham Forest, the borough’s largest planning application in history which received unanimous consent by virtual committee in 2020.

Owen excels at unlocking constrained sites. With expertise in building regulations and policy he enjoys quantifying what a site can achieve, surpassing the brief and expectations for both the client and community.

Owen is adept at problem-solving, dedicated to using careful research and testing to achieve the project’s best results.
