Patrick Smith is an architect with experience working on a range of residential and mixed-use estate regeneration and large-scale housing projects.

Patrick has been heavily involved in the resident and stakeholder consultations for the Randall Close and Patmore Estate sites in Wandsworth, helping to compile and coordinate design team meeting documents for both. This focus has honed his interest in the collaborative nature of architecture, and the power of the design team and its collective parts to immeasurably improve the quality of spaces and lives of neighbourhoods, residents, and their surrounding communities.

He is experienced in M&E, and structures coordination, preparing Level 3 drawings for Stage 5 construction.

With a personal and collaborative approach, Patrick will ensure the smooth coordination of the wider design team, and delivery through to construction phases.
