Sarah brings more than 30 years’ experience in residential and mixed-use - and specialist expertise in the design of Later Living housing and extra care - to her role leading PTE’s culture of engagement and social value.

Sarah connects with clients, local residents and stakeholders from the start, listening to, and inspiring the people she works with. She leads PTE’s engagement and co-design, social value and work experience programmes.

Sarah is the PTE supervisor of our innovative Happy Homes research project, creating a tool-kit to demonstrate the social value of good quality homes.

Sarah’s focus on the briefing, concept design and planning stages of specialist housing projects is crucial to PTE’s success in creating popular new homes and neighbourhoods - places that not only add value, where people want to live and work.
