Stephen is PTE’s dedicated partner for Later Living, collaborating closely with equity partner Patrick Devlin to oversee the practice’s work in this sector, his expertise spanning the design of integrated retirement villages to purpose-built residential care environments. Beyond his focus on Later Living, Stephen also specializes in estate regeneration, working alongside local authorities and key stakeholders and brings extensive experience in resident engagement to support the creation of vibrant new homes and communities.

Stephen blends analytical and strategic thinking with exceptional presentation skills, excelling at managing project teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering successful outcomes.

Stephen was previously a RIBA Student Mentor for Central Saint Martins and has been a mentor for the architectural apprenticeship programme at PTE.

Before joining PTE, Stephen gained valuable experience in Dublin, working on a diverse range of projects, including high-end residential developments, commercial office spaces, urban extensions, and international hotel resorts.
